Mozilla releases Firefox 3.6.2 - SSO-AL2010-018

Windows (all versions)
Mac OS X (all versions)
Linux (all versions)

What is the problem?

Firefox versions 3.6 contains a bug, which if not fixed, could result in your computer being attacked by criminals. The updated version was due to be released on March 30th, but has been released ahead of schedule. This security bug only affects Firefox version 3.6.

What we recommend you do

To find out which version of Mozilla Firefox you have, open Mozilla Firefox and from the main menu select 'Help' and select 'About Mozilla Firefox'. The problem can be easily fixed by selecting the "Check for Updates" menu item under the "Help" menu. Alternatively you can download and install the update from:
