I don't seem to be receiving SSO emails

To receive emails via the SSO Alert Service you first need to register and respond to the confirmation email by clicking on the link within the email.

After you have done this, login to SSO Alert Service web site: http://www.ssoalertservice.net.au and ensure you have ticked the appropriate check box to receive email notifications.  Make sure you click "Save Profile" button before logging out.

If you have done all the above but still are not receiving SSO Alert Service email notifications, then check that the Stay Smart Online Alert Service emails have not been filtered to your "Junk" folder or spam email folder.

If so, mark content from Stay Smart Online Alert Service as a "safe sender" to prevent this from happening again.
